Arthur and Lee Walter are both from Charleston SC.  They met on Shem Creek in Mt Pleasant working in a restaurant.  From the time they met  29 years ago they have always worked for themselves in various businesses.  From Restaurants to a Carpet Cleaning

and Water Restoration Businesses Arthur and Lee Know that Customers are the lifeline of any business.  ArtLee’s Wall Designs became an idea about 3 years ago when Lee started Hanging (installing) Wallpaper with her Aunt in Charleston.  Her aunt Francie is a Master Wallpaper Installer with over 35 years of experience.  Arthur soon joined in and that is when ArtLee’s Wall Designs was born.
